Well wow~ [30 Jun 2011|07:06pm]
[ mood | amused ]

Forgot I had this thing, I might as well post some pictures of my new full fursuit, in addition to being now and back to work after Anthrocon's epicness. The con didn't last long enough for me, which is usually rare in my case. There was so much I didn't have time to do and people I didn't get to see.
I wish I could name all the people I got to spend time with, but it would take too long and honestly I did make some new connections with some special people. Wish I could find more pictures of my adventures in suit at AC2011, but hey what can I do.

I just turned 24 today, though apparently not doing anything particually special, very least going to MFF in a way of personally celebrating it.  One thing to look forward to is cheaper insurance for cars and various things like that. I REALLY NEED TO GET ANOTHER CAR. I miss having that extra freedom.

Get me some cake and stuff people!

Being more social [20 May 2010|02:32pm]
[ mood | accomplished ]

I've been attending meets again after a number a years of not bothering and I have to say it does feel great. I got to see many I haven't really seen or spoken with in a while, and make some new friends. I will be attending the FAU and Anthrocon conventions for sure as I have everything set up. [info]shy_matsi  was nice enough to provide a place for me to sleep for FAU which I really appreciate.

I also should be getting my associates degree soon for the MTS Honors program for RCC, and I will be taking one class during the summer. In addition, I will be looking for internships and work experience during the summer, winter, and fall in the fields of environmental studies and sciences. I desire to get valid experience before jumping into a 4 year school and then deciding it wasn't right for me. The last semester I managed to get all A's which I was rather happy about overall.

We also resently aquared a new puppy a few months ago, and I have to say it's quite the challenge training here as she has so much energy. Her name is Bella and most likely I will eventually be posting a picture of her.

Well my house burned down Saterday, August 17th. [26 Aug 2008|10:08am]
[ mood | depressed ]

My family was in the house at the time of when it started with the exception of my worthless father who was out with some friends. The good news is none of my direct family was hurt in the fire, but we lost two of my three cats in it. One was left in a box outside the house, and the other was found under my reclining chair in what was left of my room.  Honestly, I ended up watching my house burn down before my eyes, and I was outside without any pants on as I literally ran out of the house. We were able to save our dog and one of the cats during this fiasco however. Pretty much everything was damaged by either fire, smoke, or the water from the firemen.

As of right now we are staying in a hotel with our two pets until we can get a rental home to live in. I am not quite sure what the future will bring, but I hope can at least get better from here. This is a link to one of the stories on it.

I know I don't post often. [05 Nov 2007|01:05pm]
[ mood | amused ]

Just felt this deserved a post or two, basically I spent Halloween with [info]foxwell, [info]coyoty, and a few others, and got to march up in the NYC parade. I myself dressed as Zorro, and hopefully the pictures taken there will be posted eventually. I will say this it was a hell of a walk, and so many various types of costumes. Wow, [info]foxwell really all over and rilling up the crowd, even if not at his peak, it was impressive to see.

On a side note I also visited a Sparky Dragon in Cape Cod, to pretty much hang out and have a good time, and during my time there we drove over and gave [info]rourkie a nice visit as he just moved into his new apartment in Boston.

Not sure how important this is, but my 21st birthday is November 10th, so I'll finally be completely "Legal" to do what I want. Goddam time flies fast doesn't it. Not sure what I should do for it, might hit up a few comedy clubs or something.

Life at home, studing, and planning for later [21 Feb 2006|06:37pm]
Ah what to say, well it's been peaceful since my bother has been on vacation in Flordia. however my youngest bother is insaine I sware. He fights over playing a game my sister is playing, and when I invite a friend over, bothers him constently. I wonder if anyone else ever had problems with siblings like this. on the side I will say this now, my sister is insaine, some of the stuff that comes out of her mouth is rediculas. Things such as "want to know fear, I'll throw a bloody tampon on you." She's a good person ans suprisingly does want to get involved in the furry thing.

I am having some trouble with memerizing concepts from certain math and sciences and honestly do need help pointing me in the right direction.

On the side I set up some nice plans for the summer, and hope things go through as planned.

The beguining of a new semester [07 Feb 2006|01:32pm]
[ mood | complacent ]

Well my semester seems to be starting off well. I have desent instructers, and overall I'm pretty confident I will have a better experence this time around. I will at least put more effort into my work opposed to last semester. Right now I have on my plate Calculas, inorganic chem 102, english-lit, western civ 102, weight training, and a Drawing fundementals course.

On other things, I did happen to luck out having two rather attractive and fun girl chem lab partners. Not really importent, just something I'm noting.

Online wise I have been talking to alot more people, and really just wanted to work on expanding my horizens a bit. No reason to be a stiff and dull I say. I should be drawing again soon after I take a few art courses, even if I am tring to get into engineering.

Also I did have a friend over during the weekend, which luckally didn't get me sick. I guess those airborne thingies really do work. Just got to hang out, talk, play a few games and watch movies. Though he does complain about the fact the Chronicals of Narnia movie I had ending got messed up and didn't get to se what happened.

I do have plans on going to AC as well, and a good friend of mine booked the room. There are people there I do wish to spend a bit more time with, and perhaps well snuggle a bit. If I plan to go to one of these I plan to have fun.

Just a posting from the FC [21 Jan 2006|06:49pm]
[ mood | mellow ]

I have for the most part been enjoying myself. I have gotten to see some dear friends of mine, which makes me happy. I just sometimes hope I don't make an ass of myself or do something stupid. It's nice really to catch up with people and see what's going on with life. Truth I need to say is, if I ever have a problem with someone, I like it resolved quickly, as drama is something I can live without.

I also picked up some gifts for a friends of mine who couldn't go, though still having a hard time deciding on a few of the gifts. If anything I can say being here has inspired me to want to start drawing again, just need to give myself enough time. Also my roommates this year have been really nice, couldn't ask for better.

On a side note I did see a good amount of nice art and suits and such. Even if the con felt a bit dead at times. I must be changing or something, but things just feel different to me. I don't quite feel the same excitement I once did at the cons.

Life during my Winter break. [29 Dec 2005|02:30am]
I've been doing well, and finally got some time off from college to recouperate. I had a desent holiday with my immediate family, and got a few things I needed. I also picked up a few gifts of sorts for some friends of mine.

I'm missing any of my friends I haven't seen in a while, and think of ya. New York always has the weirdest of weather, I just hope I don't get sick again.

I'm sure I can make it to FC. I look foward to seeing many people.

Just about what's happening [09 Nov 2005|10:03pm]
Well apparently I got whatever nasty cold that has been going around, of course a day right before my birthday >-<;;. I also had a test for calculas today, and didn't do too well because I couldn't focus while sneezing and coughing.

Personally, I do think this day could have gone much better. At least I can always relay on my friends and family for moral boosting about my exam and such. I do hope I start feeling better soon, as I can't afford to miss any more college days.

Another day, as the air gets colder. [07 Nov 2005|04:37am]
[ mood | content ]

It's been really chilly and I've just been freezing. One thing I do despise is the cold rain that feels almost cold enough to be snow.

Anyway I have a few tests this week and need to write up my essay >->’. I’ve always been sort of the procrastinator type, but what can you do. I also got into an argument with my sibling about the fact he continuously buys games that he plays and then drops for a new game, which just irritates me.

On a lighter note, I’m turning 19 on November 10th, which I guess is exciting. Time just seems to go on by faster then you can blink.

Well I figure to attempt a recap from september to now. [02 Nov 2005|07:45pm]
[ mood | cheerful ]

I recently started up my college in September, which is a 2-year MTS honors program in a community college. I'm taking Calculus, English, Pluralism and Diversity, and Chemistry (of course the lab that accompanies it). After this, I'll be transferring to some college to excel in industrial engineering (and whatever else I want to try.)

I do miss seeing a descent amount of my friends, but hey even if I haven't been around much, I've been thinking of you. You know who you are. Now I don't know what cons I plan on attending this year based on my semesters and schedules, but I would like to look into FC.

I do want to get in contact with people I haven’t talked to in a while, and I hope this can get through to them, letting them know I’m still alive and kicking. I also finally got my driver's licence last May!

Also I recently attempted to attend Howl-o-ween, though my plans changed a bit after a good friend of mine had an accident involving his leg. Pretty much, I went and spent time with my pet, Golawaya for the time I was in Canada, and have no regrets. I do hope I was able to at least take care of him somewhat decently while I was there, as I do feel that is part of my job. I just returned home yesterday and got right back to college work.

So that's all that's pretty much going on, of course there are some issues involving my family, but I doubt that would be of much interest. See you all later.

Just throwing up a post [30 Jan 2005|10:19pm]
[ mood | accomplished ]

For those I got to see, hang out with and talk to at FC I did have a good time. From what I've been told this FC wasn't as good as past ones, and even if this is my first FC I can see from other cons, that this one would have been a complete bust for me if it wasn't for my close pack of friends.

It had some bad points, like at times I did get pretty bored, or the issues and drama in my room that resulted in stress. Luckally a good friend of mine interviened and helped me out. Of course I saw the classic very weird looking people who would send me running away.

I'll be going to a few more cons this year, so if your looking for me I'll be at MP and AC.

Later.

Stuff I found out [29 Aug 2004|05:39am]
I did find that, having a friend over is something I'm really not used to as I usally went over the other's home, and find I really am not used to playing host. I wish I had more of a idea to keep guests entertained and stuff, any of you have good suggestions?

Ap exam, sats, and college [26 Aug 2004|07:25pm]
I did resently get my ap score for American History and I was disapointed, I ended up with a 2 out of 5. Also my sat score was only 1190 out of 1600 so blah. I do think I'll have to take my sats again in order to look better for the colleges I have interest in. I also need to keep in touch with the colleges I am interested in so I'm not mearly a forgoten face you know.

AC and my own personal adventure summery [21 Aug 2004|08:48pm]
[ mood | amused ]

Well after my long vacation consisting of going to AC and staying in Dogz room with Arbey and her mate, Portwolf, and of course Poofy. I spent time doing all that con activity as in talking to good friends of mine like Staticfox, Rog Minitor, etc., and trying to see all I could. I can say honestly the con did end nicely for me. I and a bunch of friends had a nice meal before all of us taking off on Monday to just have a last hangout.

After all of it Dogz did his uber packing of 2 action packers in the trunk with suitcases, plus more suitcases in the back seat, and the backseat was able to fit me and Fastclaw. All I can say is WOW!! Me, Poofy, Fastclaw, and Dogz who was driving left and were on the road to Fastclaw's, obviously we hit some nice NJ traffic along the way. I'd say it probably was a day drive to Georgia, and I did sleep probly half the way and snored I guess. I did get to talk to Fastclaw and get to know him better as really I just was introduced to him a few days before.

I have to say the cellphone reception in Georgia sucks much ass, it was seriously laughing at our attempts at calls. We did eventually reach Fast's home where we spent a few days recuperating from the drive and had a bit of fun. I did get to met Peg his wife, TigerCat, and also got to see my old bud Sebastian again.

We soon did set off to Florida now to visit the Artist College Dogz wants to attend, also got to hang out with Sori and Ricky while there. On the way the muffler sounded like it was scraping or something. Apparently a little rubber holder on it was basically stretched beyond recognition, which we found out thanks to yena, whom did order a replacement part from a auto place. This did come in late btw. We stayed in a extended stay hotel for a while, and Portwolf did visit us for one of our last days there. I'd say it was fun being down there even though we were without a main vehicle for a bit. We did eventually go visit the school Dogz had an interest in, Ringling I think it's called, where he got an interview and tour. All I have to say is that school is quite hardcore.

We set on our drive back to Fast's where we planned to make a stop for recuperation before heading to Texas. The ac midway in Florida seemed to stop working right so we had to suffer the rest of the way without it. We did eventually reach Fast's home where ahem found out the ac was not working was the result of "the ac clutch broke" ; ;. Quite a amusing ordeal and because of the issue we got denied good walkies. PS. Ford sucks ass in Georgia! We spent I guess a week there where we did eventually have a friend of Fast's fix the car. We got to go into a town where they had fudge, funnel cakes, cool shops with lots of shinnies, and a bear place where we took much bear footage.

We eventually had to be on our way, was a long road ahead to Texas where Poofy emphasized the roads there were godly and had sensor lights. Luckily we had ac back so we didn't die of heat and did get to talking and stuff like about my college I wanted to visit. People did call Dogz a lot during the whole trip I noticed, guess he is popular or something, who knew :). Well we did get to Texis and ran into no Spooks or ghosts on the roads. We Dropped Poofy off home and then headed to Dogz apartment. When we got there, I got to meet his really wonderful family. I'd say we did some pretty descent walkies while there, watched some good movies, and he did receive the gift I ordered and sent to him as a late Bday gift. I got to go to a few different restaurants, try krispy kreme, view downtown Dallas and such, and had fun for sure.

I visited SMU the college I'm interested in and got a tour, got to meet the heads of the engineering department personally and ask questions, and got the little after session. The campus is amazing; it seriously has everything I could ever need. We spend the last few days hanging around and being the lazy mofos we are. Then the Thursday he dropped me off to the airport and we said our goodbyes. I was on a plane to meet up with my parents in Florida, and then drive back to NY with them.

I must say I met a lot of new people on this trip, learned important things that I wouldn't have otherwise, and really had the best of times. Guys that I got too hang out with at AC, in the room, and afterwards thankya for giving me a good time. This was my second AC, but my first real adventure.

Currently, I'm going to need to make sure to practice on my driving so I can take the darn driving exam already, I been lazy. Really I need to perfect parallel parking and such as I been having some trouble. Also I have to read some summer reading books for school >->. Well see ya guys later.

Hmm just pondering something [12 Aug 2004|02:11am]
Just trying to decide if I should post all that I got to experience and see, the people I met, and what I did beginning of ac to August 5. I know during the trip my location was pretty much "not to be said" so should I get into all of it? I just want an opinion.

just returned from the MFF [25 Nov 2003|06:41pm]
I did indeed have a fun time at this MFF, for the fact I got into so many interesting conversations with people, some lasting like upto 1-2 hours XD. I was suprised I did get to bump into and hang with pretty much all I know, and even get intoduced to others I don't :).

I apprciate the little things people did such as the treating dinner, or when I left my bookbag(had expensive item in it which had I lost my father would have beheaded me :P) actually took it back and submited to security. Also for someone actually helping me look for it, drove me to that chinese buffet resteraunt, and so on and which finally found someone on staff to point to the right direction.

I visited a few panels out of either intrest or the fact friends of mine might have been hosting it. I do see why this one was reccomended. It was extremely relaxing.

I'll see you all soon I'm sure, later.
